Our local Director is Keith Batten. Keith is a Chartered Surveyor with many years’ post-qualification experience and an expert in home surveys and asset management work across Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Keith is an experienced professional with a diverse range of skills. He has worked in the surveying profession in the Aberdare area for many years. Keith is competent to survey both residential and commercial property, as well as other building and property assets. He has a particular interest in surveying listed and period properties, which require a different survey approach from those of a more modern construction.
